Mr Slojab, You seem to be missing what is right in front of you.

First they hire an SEC lawyer,

They tell us that there will be an amended 10Q

Why would anyone do audited finacials mid year?

Why wait till the end of the year to do so? What makes you think that they will not change thier year end to June 30?

I thought that you would see this.
