1) If he/they plan on getting an attorney's letter out to the pinks anytime soon?
2) Did they find the safety deposit box?
3) Are there any solid reality based plans to become DTCC compliant so some of the disgruntled investors can dump shares with out having to eat the costs of "hands on" trading..?
4) When and why did Forrester leave the company?
5) Have they been able to "conduct business as usual" since the NFA event?
6) The lack of funds, was that an iFinix corp responsibility or Proactive Futures thang??(that is strike 2 for proactive either way)
7) Is the company prepared/willing to address numerous issues and statements such as: "goals for 2011" PR, the massive increase and quick dilution in shares, and are they willing to correct the Filings that stated they had positive cash in the bank 57K+ when as of MAY 31st they actually showed a negative balance of -$1058.27 ? This whole ordeal with iFinix since Oct 09 has been disgusting. Damn glad I only pissed away under 3K on it... Else Id be one of those really reallyyy disgruntled investor on the message boards... ahahahahaha.......... Even better, this company at auction isnt worth the attorneys fees nevermind paying the investor 1/100th of each dollar invested...
