My understanding of the agreement is DTRO does have some control over when the $3M can be redeemed. Hopefully there will be additional revenue by that time to offset some of the additional expenses. Wasn't there also a $5M deal with Billabong for skateboard wheels?

Lots of questions, and possible revenue streams. Unfortunately, very few answers from the company.
