Hey Farmboynate..very cool alias!! These that im speaking of, myself being one, due to having shares in 3 other companies with same owners of BMGI shell, were given restricted BMGI shares based on a conversion factor of shares in other companies.Obviously the more you had the better off you were after r/s. Many owned several million shares and they went through the 1/2500 split which was huge r/s. Immediatly upon ticker change and PHAR transaction the restriction was lifted as well.

Collectively it was a lot of investors that held shares in the amounts that were negligable,not enough to cause problems if dumped. But there were one or two very heavy hitters that recieved a large chunk of BMGI shares free of charge. THEN some of them were already BMGI shareholders.
But that bucket for those few investors has to dry up at some point if there not like me and doing hard DD to stay the course until i find reason otherwise.
