Anyone with a lick of experience in penny stocks knows that is a BIG RED FLAG. It always means that there is heavy dilution going on. When the TA is gagged it usually means that the o/s is approaching the a/s. The only way for an unprofitable company to stay in business in this case is a r/s or increase in the a/s, which will dilute the value of the shares. The current investors will never regain there initial investment if this happens.
