Zecco is making me call in now to do any trading of TOFS!!! They sent me this:

This online trading on this stock is currently restricted due to National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) Illiquid Requirement. This concerns stocks that have recently been subject of this requirement by trading more than 25% of the Average Daily Volume and were subject to buy-ins. We do not currently allow opening transactions at this time on this stock. Please give us a call if you would like to sell this stock at this time.

Does anybody know if ScottTrade is any good? I also have an account with them I never use; wonder if I can switch all my holdings for free...
