gees- rule #1 in pinkie land

-question everything the company and their mouthpieces say- if its not in an SEC filing and signed off by a legit accounting firm then they can say anything. They've had years to release the share count and they haven't.

--Triangle raised their auhtorized from 15 to 28 billion in early 2004 and then again to 50 billion in Aug. 2004. Companies raise their authorized when they've run out of shares to issue. It would be simple for them to refute this assumption that they are close to 40 Billion shares out by simply making a filing with the SEC that clearly states the current number of shares out.

-- Imagine the surprise over at CMKX, when finally forced by the SEC, their shareholders found out the OS was over 700 billion when most thought it was less than 100.

--- based on their product and apparent desire for it and if you take the generous 15,000 subs with RCN and the monthly expenses I'd say this is properly valued in the .0001 range-----all imo
