JMO, but it defies reason, common sense, and the realities of small business ownership that GOSY's senior management (the Spencers) haven't been required to guarantee most, if not all, of GOSY $1M+ in debt.

JMO, but one could ask those known to one that have no reason to lie to them. Eg., the local automotive garage owner, the local 711 owner, the local used car lot owner, etc. All will be incorporated and all will be personally guaranteeing their company's debts. Especially if they have an SBA loan. Of course, that is in my admittedly limited 20+ years experience owning and operating incorporated small businesses.

It is always prudent, imho, to do one's own DD. Most would agree, I suspect...
