This is really perplexing. I know there is something like 92 million shares in the Float. Some of these folks apparently got a boatload of those shares well under .01. There's no other explanation for how between 5 and 10 million shares were unloaded under .01 the past few months. I wasn't around when the SP was at the .004 lows. Are these folks doing the unloading? Did Howard hand out millions of shares to close associated for nothing?
