Could be, price was maybe high for just a 9000 sq ft building. Property behind them is vacant also. Property across the street looks like old parking lot from a burned down or torn down building. I don't think they'll have expansion worries.

Biggest thing is-property looks to be in pretty good structural shape, bet they'll be in sooner than they posted. I prefer the side of caution, instead of having to give pushed out dates, then some people start screaming the "s" word that rhymes with "cam" when businesses don't meet their published goal dates.
