Awaiting instructions and final OK for a PR release from China. AB (Wuhan) Biotech Co is slow to respond or non responsive. Topic will be all matters previously released on Friday Tips of September 2nd, 2011 (http://fridaystips.com/?p=295). Some shareholders keep inquiring about the China solar company. That merger was called off months ago and PR accordingly. Reverse split is being processed we understand. Also, we received an interesting link. Unconfirmed complaint of former management; http://californiadepartmentofcorruption.files.wordpress.com/2011/06/state-court-complaint-filed.pdf. Amongst other things, they complain and raise issues about the same or similar matters as the Chinese. Slander and interference in their ability to conduct commerce. Not picking sides here, we are just saying it appears that there may be merit to some of these complaints. We are just saying.

Chinese management is extremely frustrated with the current share price, slanderous online postings and constant stream of investor enquiries directed straight at the company. With this hard situation, the management wants to leave public domain and become a private enterprise once more. We were asked to try to resolve the matters but the situation looks bleak.

Sounds to me like a case of "blame the shareholders." Thats how I'd sum up this whole debacle.
