The FDA knows that Janes does not have a working device and that is the reason why he can not show them testing results ( results that they have asked for ) proving the device is safe and effective. Janes can't show he has done beta testing or IDE testing. Anybody can meet with the FDA, but Janes meeting will be met with hostility !!
