Something that needs to be understood here is that this isn't the same as a BK stock where one can expect a nice bounce off the bottom. With a BK stock there are no more shares added to the O/S the shares simply become worthless.

In this case, these guys just added between 1.91B and 3.53B shares to the O/S and can add more until the 10B share A/S is exhausted.
