I agree with that, but I was referring to OTC/Pinks in general. It seems that some days people HAVE to put their money somewhere and a start-up is "sometimes" viewed as less risky than moving with the overall market sentiment.

I'm not looking to debate ""sometimes" viewed as less risky" as I was being ironical!
