Grant....for years and years I have tried to figure out why the Doc doesn't communicate successes or ventures in process. In speaking with him, he told me that he will not drive a paper company, and we will only hear from ONCO when there are significant events. He feels Press Releases cost extra money that he cannot afford. He also advised that he has invested substantial personal/professional time and resources in ONCO and he anticipates serious success one day. So, if he has some long term strategy, only he knows it. And he has maintained his same profile now for years, only communicating significant information. Why he does not understand the value of increasing stock PPS is beyond me. I just hope he lives long enough to see his dream come true. He once suggested to me that the ultimate stock value of ONCO would be around .80-.90 a share. And that was at least 2 years ago. In light of all the above, I have always hoped that Doc has a long term plan.
