I've heard, but have not been able to verify, that the agreement was for LLEG to receive $5 million total, half last year and half when the financing was completed. The second part of the story was that Cate street and the engineering firms that replaced Homeland and LLEG had to re-engineer the whole project after they took over. If this is true it may be the reason for Cate Street to refuse the second half of the payment. I agree with Sunspotter it'll be very interesting to see what Cate Street's response to LLEG's charges are.
