I am working with Dave Williams to draft up something more formal as to how these documents will be copied and then transferred. I will respond to the group collectively with what is agreed on. So far this is roughly what was observed from the video footage recorded at the meeting:
1. The Shareholder's are free to collectively raise funds and pay for the document copying fees directly.
2. The documents must be transferred in a secure, auditable manner (no we as shareholders can't drive up with a u-haul, order pizza and move the documents ourselves)
3. A searchable electronic copy of the documents is most desirable.
4. After copies are made of the documents, Dave will release all of them to wherever and whomever Kyle specifies.
I just wanted to thank all of the folks who have already made contributions so far. As I mentioned in a previous post, all the funds that I received will be carefully documented and a report will be generated and made available to any shareholders who'd like to see it. If anyone would like their contribution to remain anonymous, please let me know.
