I'm trying to get an idea of the big picture...
GERS owns the issued patents needed in order for Sunoco to move in whatever direction they seem to be going in, they signed with Greenshift and then three months later announced they are selling all of there oil refineries to focuse more on their retail and pipelines, it doesn't say anything about there Fulton, NY facility. This article below mentions how Marathon Oil and ConocoPhillips already spun off there refining units earlier this year.
