Hi snizzle. Can you clarify your position/experience with QS in the past for us? You seem to really have it in for these guys so I am curious if you have been seriously burned by them in the past or can cite specific examples of them running a previous company into the ground.

I am also of the opinion that these guys are an absolutely horrible investment by tivus, and I Personally do not trust SH at all. I fear that SP is also a similar type of person to S H but pray that he is not. I simply don't know. I am still long here and will remain so, but my optimism is waning.

I guess my current view is.... Every time SH releases one of his textbook "fluff" pr's, the OS goes up to the tune of 20 mil or so... In my mind this is a SH and tivus problem moreso than a QS problem. QS is only vested to the tune of 14 to 15 million shares right? Which is an utter ripoff but not a game changer on it's own merits in the larger picture. My current view is that it is just a classic example of poor management and spending by SH and SP, but not THE reason that this stock is tanking, as you say.
