THe following is a post of mine from the other board. would appreciate anycomments on the subject. Waitedg
One of the major concerns that was instrumental in my selling all my shares is a question I have not seen addressed or discussed. I think Cal is doing all he can to avoid further dilution of the remaining 19,000,000 shares. For I think he realistically knows that if they are diluted, it may bring about an exodus by larger positioned stockholders.
An intelligent strategy on his part might be to time the announcement of further issuance on new stock--or secondary offering--along with a positive news release such as the announcement of a good sale. This would soften the blow--and hopefully reduce the possibility of large selling by existing stockholders facing further dilution of their positions beyond the current 200,000,000 limit.
Doesn't anyone else think this may be coming? And if so, what form might it take? Waitedg
