i think opmg offering a small monthly billing option and can pay by phone...it might be a simple phone sign up with very little verification-just charge the bill to the phone. i've encountered before. if this is the case, just imagine how many youthful bieber lovers will want to sign up...multiple reasons; jacket/concert promotions, vip website access...i can see bieber pushing phoneguard on his fans, they get instant gratification with telephone hassle free signup. many parents will just pay monthy phone bill, with little notice of increase. and those that notice, how can we say no to our driving age children...and for those that sign up that don't drive, well, how many of us just say No to our children. lol
