Let's hope not! I'd like to know where the 5 million dollar figure came from? Who decided that Laidlaw's part in the project was worth only 6.7 million? Laidlaw develops a project that will generate a billion + dollars over the course of 20 years and only recieves what about 6.7 million for their part in the development of the project. Who the hell negotiated that deal, better yet who agreed, or should I say signed their name on the contract, thus agreeing that 6.7 million was sufficient compensation for their part in the deal?
