You have every right to your own opinion and you have every right to question the unexplained activities taking place within the company. And I believe you are entitled to a reasonable explanation regarding these questions, if no other way at least privately. But those questions should be answered in a public forum for all to share.
I don't know what percentage of the shares sold represent the shares sold by the company for operational support so I used the entire O/S figure at 300 million and a base figure of 0.015 and arrived at a figure of $4.5 million. Projecting a 30 month operational base (it should be much longer then that) I came up with a daily figure around $4,900. I would think the actual figure used by CGAQ would be not more then one third of that amount. If we combine all the financials to-date without the proceeds from the shares sold by the company we don't have much wiggle room to support a pump and dump theory nor does it establish a SCAM in my opinion.
I have used excessive projections in an effort to show that realistically the monies used were used for the support and continuation of company operations and potential expansion. If my projections are anywhere near realistic I don't think your assumptions have any merit regarding shady dealings by the company. I won't discount the possibility that you could be right but I object that you continually malign the credibility of the company without solid proof. In my humble opinion and without knowledge of exactly where all the dollars have gone and based on my fantasy projections I firmly believe the company is doing all it can to hold the company together with rubber bands and spit.
You say this company hasn't produced anything they have hyped but they have. They said they were going to open a casino and they did. They said they were going to open a second casino and they did. They said they were going to open a slots parlor and they did. They said they were going to provide an online live gaming opportunity and they did but it didn't work and the providing company wouldn't or couldn't fix it. They say they are going to get the track and they will. They say they are going to deliver Kiosk units to the DR and they will. They say they are going to build a Vegas style casino and they will. They say they will provide additional entertainment at the track and they will. We must allow the necessary time it takes to establish the mountain of paper work it takes to allow these functions to be legally operational within the DR.
You ask where is all the money they have raised? I believe it has gone to a very good cause, it has kept the company functioning and will continue to do so until the company is self sustaining. The above reflects my thinking and evaluations of the company activities according to the information I have available. Although thin I believe it is sufficient to support my analysis. This is why I keep supporting the efforts being made by this company. It is shaky but alive and well. And I firmly believe one day in the foreseeable future it will become a small giant.
