I just want to know if IBCL still owns the Nova shares. There were rumors a while back that Tim claimed IBCL (aka tim) breached their contract with Nova(aka himself), so Nova kept the patent, but claimed he didn't have to pay for it (shares and cash). Not sure to what extent the rumors were true, but if Nova got to keep a patent without paying for it, there should be some recourse. Doubt if it is worth even persuing at this point, but something to keep in the back of our minds should Nova ever amount to anything.
