There are just too many shares left outstanding that weigh us down and stop any type of movement.

I want to see it fall back to .0001, then a 10-1 reverse split bringing us to .001, followed immeditaely by a reduction of no less then 5.6 billion shares to the A/S capping us at no more than 1 billion A/S.

The new S/S would be:

A/S - 1,000,000,000
O/S - 649,867,168
FLOAT - 648,809,571

That would leave 350,132,832 for 504 financing or any other type of need to raise capital for production runs. Or even to create the "supposed" preferred stock that was thought of to help finance future deals.

The only way I am ok with a reverse split is if an IMMEDIATE REDUCTION in A/S follows.

*** In this situation, the R/S would be to me, a good thing if the A/S was reduced as well. It would show that JAG is serious about cleaning up the mess right now. It is too unrealistic for me to think we are going to change the S/S in a "shareholder friendly" way under current circumstances.

It would cost us $5.6 million to reduce the company's S/S to the above mentioned level. WHERE ARE WE GOING TO FIND 5.6 MILLION DOLLARS OVER THE NEXT 6 MONTHS OR EVEN A YEAR TO DEAL WITH THIS S/S??? I just don't see that happening and with the current S/S we have the same odds as a person with no teeth chewing through rod iron.

However, a R/S with no redution of authorized shares would be the end of this company and I would shift my personal thought from maybe, to ABSOLUTELY NO.

I'd rather rip the band-aid off and just go through the full rebuild/retool process now!
