I'm trying to remember when this thing last traded any kind of volume of note. Has it been 2-3 years now?

I just don't understand what the point is of having a dormant shell. Is this thing going to suddenly come to life one day or is Mr. Walters going to issue a press release with news of an RS and start all over again out of the blue?

Mr. Walters or whoever is CEO of this CO.,

If you're not going to use this thing, please sell it or arrange a merger. Please come out of your dark hole and communicate with us investors. The silence is deafening and we are starting to wonder if you are dead or alive.
