The A/S was just diluted by roughly 1/3rd therefore take 1/3rd of present value you are looking at the .0004-.0005 range. Mix in the fact the company did exactly as expected ( quietly dilute with no meaningful news) and you get another massive wave of investor confidence jitters.
My hunch FWIW .0003 is where this winds up next. Now throw in the CAVEAT EMPTOR classification with a seriously compromising underperform record of late...don't quote me but IMHO it could easily slide lower.
Here is the self inflicted dagger that will make anyone think twice: is this pooch really worth it or can it go lower still? Mounting evidence clearly says not so fast. Show me one major contract, show me one major project that has shown any promise thus far. I think you can catch where I'm going here NOT pretty. Disappointment is a very weak word in this context, to the point of being totally inappropriate. Disgust?... we are getting warm. Is there a pinksheet hall of shame? Going Chapter 11 then private now is my take. The stream of negativity means any forward momentum is unsustainable. I am looking elsewhere I can hear taps playing in the Middle East somewhere
Have a nice weekend.
