The CEO and management of this company is to blame (they're a disgrace). These guys have consistently hampered every single rally in the stock, every single time, with piss poor financing schemes with warrants and common stock at ridiculously low levels. IMO, the CEO is out there right now with his At-The-Market financing selling stock into the market (he seems to love the $3-$4 range). If I were to guess, I would say he's probably on the road right now getting ready to do another pathetic PIPE financing (he loves those, especially if they're with Rodman and Renshaw or Roth Capital, or whatever butcher shop has the money for him).

The best thing Dan Passeri could do is resign, and bring the CFO with him. These two bozos couldn't figure their way out of a paper bag.
