I continually find this one very interesting and have been investing at these prices. Two comments concerning Carson Block and Muddy Waters caught my attention. One was this article:

And the other was a blogger inside the article which was written some time ago:

As a side note, Onp appears to be easily manipulated with its low o/s. The stock is down 36% in two months and 13% in two days. Meanwhile the co. is chugging along. Volume is basically low, which tells me that negative news is NOT the reason the stock is crashing.
