This is like waiting for your birthday when you were a kid. You can just taste the cake in anticipation of what is to come.
It's frustrating dealing with government agencies. Many of us here have experience doing that in our professional lives. At times when a project of my own was thru dealing with the red tape, it felt like someone had stopped punching you in the face. You are happy they stopped, but your face still hurts. (and you may not feel or look quite as handsome as you did when you started)
When the permit is finally reinstated, it will all feel a lot better, and the profit will be nice, too! That makes the pain go away a lot faster.
