Yep, its pretty clear this 10k is backward looking and nothing about forward looking statements. Although there have been indications of reverse merger, there seems to be know information about the future plans of this company, no update what on what new management is planning.

Could be they sit on the oil leases until China needs some oil

I stil maintain there is a reason for spending.10/share to buy out the old management. I guess we still have to wait and wait.
