This post strikes me as a bit funny. Any company on the pinks or otc can change management or have their os increase. And there are no guarantees with any of them that it will be a good long term investment so I really dont understand your post. This can be said about every single one in this arena!
Basically this is gambling land and will always remain as such. Any stock under 0,10 and higher has many uncertainties. You take in the info that is presented, you do your dd to the fullest extent and you lay your money down where you think you have the best shot.
I have layed my money down on IVFH for many reasons that have been discusses over and over . I trust the audit is being completed and wont be too much longer. why? Because chef Joe said " it took a bit longer than we expected" A bit longer ok not alot longer. I also expect the reason they are going through this grueling process is because they are indeed experiencing "expotential growth" with "very little competition" all quotes from chef Joe. The company will make the move to the otc.bb and will work on recovering their stock price. They will do this in a time frame that they set and that meets their plan not ours
Additionally we are all aware of chef Joes reputation and his staff are educated top chefs chefs certainly heavy hitters. I assume I covered 5 good reasons here and noone can take away the risks associated with a penny stock and nowhere can you find the potential to make hundreds of thousands of dollars on a stock with relatively small investment other than penny land.
The best time to buy is when others sell. The best time to buy is when fear is in the air again. I already bought close to 1.3m shares so I cant buy anymore. I do think patient buying is the right move at least for a couple to few weeks. No guarantees there either the company could release news Monday.
Once again I doubt anyone will be able to get a large position here with a basis much under 0,05 if they have not begun. the stock will move in either direction on low buying or selling until this train gets rollin imo
