Picked up 1000 NHCT yesterday

Had a few straggling shares in my account after a 1:100 RS a year ago, so I thought I would keep them company.

Reporting Shell looking for a merger though there are no signs of any impending activity

- $1.50 X $3.00
- 78,571 shares Outstanding
- 63,600 shares held by insiders
- 14,929 shares in float
- Market cap of $235,000 at ask of $3
- No assets, $170K liabilities

Ask finally came down from $5 so I decided to add some, will add more if price drops further.
