All that Romania stuff is pure BS because if not then volumes wouldn't be so low daily for a long time now and the share price wouldn't be a penny. They call them stinky pinkies for a reason. Hell the stock doesn't even have an assigned MM. That SHOULD tell anyone all they need to know.
