Ya, Ray has submitted everything necessary to the OTC. They are taking awhile reviewing the financials before posting them due to the 10K he had to submit for 2010. Because it is an annual statement rather than a quarterly statement, similar to the 10Q's, it is taking them a lot longer.

Once those are posted, hopefully next week if OTC gets their rears-in-gear, Stop sign will be gone, but I think by then we might be halfway to a penny with the support and buying power this stock is currently getting!
