I am very happy to say that placing LBSR uranium claims into the mixing pot with the uranium claims of SageBrush and naming the mixture NEWCO seems to me to be an absolutely, delightful idea. NEWCO will be a uranium based company with the best claims possible. I hope it happens soon. Not only will NEWCO remain an asset to LBSR, making Liberty Star a debt-free company; Liberty Star should be able grow it's pps as NEWCO grows theirs. I think it's a great plan and will leave LBSR enough cash to begin drilling on other projects, an event long awaited upon. The Liberty Star Uranium & Gold pps should begin it's leg up once news on all projects is released. I feel, and I'm not always right, that we could get an update on NAK/LBSR within the next 30 days. It's a wait-and-see.
