I assume a short because why would someone unload their shares down here when we were double this 2 weeks ago. I've been watching the Level 2's for months and its an obvious short scare tactic to put a LARGE sell order on the board to drive the price down lower out of fear. Someone is trying to take this to .001 again and without news to the contrary it could happen.
