Just read a tweet from a respected market mind that said "if your stock has not rallied in the last two weeks....sell it please. At least part of it..."

hmmmmmmmm....PPHM is the only stock i can find that has not gone up. Even XOMA is running today. Some small bios are moving a bit. Most every stock off their lows. Market up 5 straight days....strong. Is PPHM going lower? Looks like it could be perking up just in time for the next market sell off. Good 'ole PPHM. Even ANDS - another perrenial loser - has been moving.

Even if bios drop again, at least they can retest their lows, whereas pphm doesn't have lows to retest since it never moved. Just NEW lows...which it is very good at making.
