Labrador Iron Companies such as Alderon Resource Corp. are booming in today's market. IOC/Rio tinto one of the larges iron producers in the region of Labrador West stated that they are expanding their mining capacity from 4 million tonnes to 22 million tonnes by 2012 as well as doubling their full time staff.
