Duke, your phrase tells the whole story:

"If you are as good at stocks as you say you are then why not just make money on other companies? You hate Q so much it doesn't make sense to stay here..."

If these guys are pro traders, and Q is so bad, then why are they wasting their time on Q message boards? If they were really pros, and Q was so bad, they wouldn't give it the time of day. The fact that they don't go away tells me they have other motives.
