How would Groupe Concorde Developments buy out ramoil? With cash. Why? Alex Taranu wants to take his company public. Why wouldn't he? He is a very public person who is constantly networking and making business deals. He is not afraid of having his face shown all over the place for all to see, and he has the degrees and financial background to shoot this sp to 'da moon.
Too bad for Michael, but for every bad thing there is a good thing. Perhaps we will soon see a buyout of this shell company, or perhaps we will see a ceo change as veloyt mentioned. In either case these prices are cheap compared to where they will be in the future.
S.C.A.M....prove it! Going Up!
He speaks as though he has already stepped down. "In Ramoil Management". "Opportunities currently on its plate". Juicy email.
Big News!! For the company and shareholder. I am sorry to hear bout Michael's health though and wish him the best in recovering.
