A former officer, Peter Hofbauer, attached the bank account of the company. The terms of the settlement granted him 4 million shares, and by my quick calculation, based on the rapid drop in share price last year, may have double that amount to sell regularly into the public market, to satisfy the nearly $300,000 settlement agreement.

Let any share buyer be aware.
