The damage is already baked in. If lawsuit was frivolous it would have been thrown out of court like everyone said would happen , but it wasn't. I think jack said it would be dismissed several times. Based in current info we will never have the truth. There are 3 sides to every story. His, theirs and the truth ! It's time WL steps up to the plate , stop acting like a baby and do something good for his shareholders for once. I'm tired of people saying they could care less about the share price thats total bs. The share price shows the current condition of the company and street sentiment !
