We do not necessarily need to see the price reach an Oversold reading prior to buying here. In a new bull market it is common for the RSI to stay above 50 and for the Stochastics and Williams %R to remain in the top half of the range while the market is climbing. I would be a buyer at $0.045 because a dip below the trendline is not out of the question and there is moving average support for the price there.
