It's a done deal and the divi's are always the positive...They pay my taxes on properties I have so it's a nice bonus....They walked into a deal here and yes the upside potential is smaller as any small cap company will have a greater upside to it but also a riskier one to go along with it...Now Q did it's shareholders right so I don't have any complaints there smile
