Ok, so the short version, if I am interpreting it correctly, is basically this. Fix the containment pond or get rid of it (dismantle the facility). The decision to use, and approval of, the dry stacking method concept (not the final engineered design) along with the reclamation of the settling ponds covers that.
Did I read and interpret that correctly, or did put too much rum in the grog tonight?

Seig, you have been following CGFIA for years. I think we all need to take a cue from your experience and let the process run it's course. With Mr. Guyer & Mr Rice at the helm, I believe we will all be rewarded handsomely, and have little to fear.
