Aquired the staffing agency at a high cost from previous CEO which caused them to have to reorganize or restructure their debt...

Basically it is up to the Shareholders to decide how much the company is work PPS so if you keep selling at .02 that's how much it will be worth...if you hold and let .03 then there you go...higher price...
