The 2a portion is the one for me that from what i gather leaves the protection that one might expect very vulnerable.
After a grace period the application is open to public, while during that time it is held in strict confidence.

The only protection is pursuing getting out of PENDING STATUS to getting application approved for full patent protection.

The protection IMO here is needed because as a public company now with direct competitors its public knowledge of what Aquaprin is and what it does. It doesnt have to be opened up in a patent file. To me the danger of sample packs is just that, a company with a chemist to break it down and duplicate with minor changes and themselves get full patent application started.

I would be lying if i said that is not a fear of mine due to this intellectual property is PHAR as of now in a nutshell.

For myself i went back and ive posted 12 times as to how valuable the QA is that you took the lead on. Its for all to pitch in,on good or bad subjects until its fined tuned to be the link to go to for answers that have been kicked around to many educated people.

With the different types board methods to find ways to help with PPS until real revenue coming in, HOWS THAT WORKING FOR US.Not good at all.
While its down what an opportune time to lay it all on the line, iron out sticking points, learn everything we can about PHAR and its strengths but be willing to challenge and explore weaknesses.

This IMO will strengthen PHAR in the long run. Without knowledgable investors putting money in PHAR does not exist.

THIS IS NOT DIRECTED TO YOU BUCKS, JUST RIDING PIGGYBACK TO YOUR POST.
