Art, Your reply is the exact same as what a few of my close friends (brokers) said when I presented them with this 8k, actually they said anticipate something substantial.

Unfortunately I do see why pro is upset in the mean time about the share distribution, seeing as I am owed something also. So I am in the same boat (although not yacht sized as his, but I don't live in Florida where I need it anyway).

I just hope anger regardless of the direction doesn't land me in a place of tough decisions.
