I have discussed the going concern many times with PL. They know what they're doing and it's there for a reason. They don't want institutional interest and Dart is not an institutional investor in that he doesn't have to follow investment criteria (such as no going concern clause) and he doesn't have to worry about losing his job if he makes a stupid decision (like investing in a company with a going concern clause). Same with the BOD and having CJ as chairman. Kinda like one of the pretty girls in college not shaving their legs and growing under arm hair. Let's make ourselves as un-attractive as possible.
